Duration: 3 months initially.

Rate: £650 – £750 per day (inside IR35).

Our client is embarking on a major transformation, moving from a legacy data platform to Microsoft Azure to significantly improve data accessibility and capability. They are seeking an experienced Data Architect to lead and shape this journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse the existing legacy data landscape and dependencies.
  • Define and own the end-to-end data migration strategy to Azure.
  • Design scalable data models and target‑state architecture.
  • Create clear, actionable migration plans and approaches.
  • Provide technical leadership and steer the migration project in the right direction, working closely with stakeholders.
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Data Architect or similar role.
  • Strong background in data modelling, architecture design, and strategy.
  • Hands‑on experience planning and delivering data migrations to Azure.
  • Ability to manage analysis, make informed design decisions, and guide delivery teams.
