Global Go is seeking an experienced Construction Estimator. You will participate in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation. Please submit your resume with detailed project histories exemplifying track record, ability to meet timelines, and successful problem solving. Pay dependent on experience. Federal construction experience is not required.
Responsibilities
- Determine best allocation of resources for assigned projects
- Identify labor, material, and time requirements in project proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
- Analyze labor, material, and time requirements
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable order costs
Qualifications
- 3-10 years experience
- Previous experience in commercial / federal construction management or other related fields
- Experience using estimating software, preferably RS Means
- Familiarity with construction management software
- Strong leadership qualities
- Exemplary analytical skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
