Test Rig Engineer / Test Technician
Location: Bicester
Contract – LONG TERM ON GOING. Pay: £20 AN HOUR paye £30 an hour umbrella (BASED ON EXPERIENCE).
Key Responsibilities for Test Rig Engineer
- Build and assemble test rigs based on team designs.
- Set up and configure a variety of test systems and environments.
- Work with equipment such as Dynos, Back-to-back test setups, Vibration tables, and other bespoke and industrial test rigs.
- Operate test rigs to carry out testing activities.
- Ensure all rigs are functioning safely, efficiently, and reliably.
Skills & Experience for the Test Rig Engineer
- Experience building or assembling test rigs, machinery, or industrial equipment.
- Strong hands‑on engineering skills (mechanical or electrical bias).
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings or technical designs.
- Experience with industrial machinery or complex systems.
- Practical, problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
