About the Business

One of Ireland's most established independent communications companies is quietly expanding its operational leadership team. With offices across Belfast, Glasgow, and Dublin, this business designs, delivers, and supports mission-critical solutions for clients across multiple sectors — telecoms at its core, but with growing arms across IT & Managed Services, Cybersecurity, Energy, and more. They operate locally, nationally, and internationally. Growth is real, consistent, and backed by a diversified service model.

The Opportunity

A senior hire is needed to own regional operations across Northern Ireland — leading delivery teams, driving performance, and acting as the critical link between engineers on the ground and senior leadership above. This isn't a coordinator role. This is full accountability: people, projects, KPIs, customer outcomes, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Running end-to-end operational delivery across a regional patch — managing Project Managers and Field Engineers, owning SLAs, keeping live projects on track via CRM, and being the go-to escalation point when things need resolving fast.
  • Resource planning, vehicle fleet oversight, stock management — the full picture.

What They're Looking For

Someone who has done this before. Senior ops or service delivery background, strong people management experience, comfortable with KPIs and performance conversations, and sharp enough to spot where processes can be tightened. Telecoms or technical services background is a bonus, not a requirement.

The Package

£40,000–£50,000 + performance bonus, pension, cycle to work, health & wellbeing programme, referral scheme, free parking. Full-time, Monday–Friday, Belfast office-based.
