Mechanical Site Manager Position Overview
- Fulfilling all aspects of Mechanical Site Management
- Regular reporting and liaison with project manager, clients and other stakeholders
- Proactively developing client relationships to facilitate additional business wins
- Co-ordination and supervision of tradespeople and sub-contractors
- Managing resources in line with project budget, controlling costs and ensuring Quality and Health & Safety standards are upheld
Mechanical Site Manager Position Requirements
- Previous experience in a Site Management position
- Experience gained from Trade Experience
- A familiarity with CDM regs would be beneficial
- IOSH or NEBOSH qualified and familiar with CDM Regs would be desirable
- CSCS card
- Based within a commutable distance of Cambridge
- Prepared to both travel and stay away as the role requires
- Full driving licence

- Salary £50,000 - £55,000

- 33 days holiday including bank holidays
