The Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for a highly organised, solution-focused Project Coordinator to join our Performance Creative team. You will be responsible for trafficking and project managing our talented team of designers, video editors, and UGC creator managers. Working directly alongside a Creative Strategist, you’ll ensure that every asset from Creator-led content to conversion-led graphic Facebook ads is delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
- Traffic & Resource Management: Take full ownership of the creative workflow. You will schedule designers, video editors, and the UGC team within ClickUp, ensuring that everyone has a clear brief and a manageable workload.
- Project Delivery: Monitor the progress of all retainers and ad-hoc projects. You are responsible for ensuring that all creative assets for Facebook, TikTok, and Google Ads are delivered by the agreed deadlines.
- Problem Solving & Capacity Planning: Proactively identify resourcing bottlenecks or crunch periods. You’ll be expected to create solutions for resourcing challenges, whether that involves shifting internal priorities or booking and managing freelancers to bridge the gap.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work in a dedicated "pod" with a Creative Strategist to understand client goals and ensure the creative output aligns with the performance strategy.
- Client & Internal Communication: Act as the bridge between the creative team and the strategist. You will support client communications, providing updates on project status and ensuring all stakeholders are kept in the loop.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards across the board, ensuring that final outputs meet the client’s brand guidelines and the high-performance standards our agency is known for.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven Experience: A few years of experience in a Project Coordination or Traffic Management role, preferably within a creative or digital agency.
- Scheduling Expertise: You have a deep understanding of how to effectively resource a team. You know how long a video edit or a design suite takes and can build realistic, efficient schedules.
- Tech-Savvy: You are proficient in ClickUp (or similar PM tools) and understand how to use them to keep a team organised.
- Superb Communication: You have a "no surprises" approach to communication. You are clear, concise, and proactive in keeping both the internal team and the client informed.
- Solution-Focused Mindset: When a deadline is at risk, or a creator drops out, you don't just flag the problem—you come to the table with a solution.
- Industry Passion: You enjoy following social media and creative trends. You understand the nuances of what makes a great piece of performance creative on platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
Salary
Depending on experience: £27,500 to £31,000
