Job DescriptionProduction Operator Role. Are you a positive, hands‑on person with a real can‑do attitude? If so, we'd love to hear from you! Due to continued investment and expansion , we are looking for an enthusiastic Production Operator to join our friendly team in Basingstoke.
Working Hours Monday to Thursday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm Friday: 7:30am - 1:30 pm
Key Responsibilities
- Follow all factory Quality, Cost, Safety, Delivery, Engagement and Environmental procedures at all times.
- Work safely and considerately as part of a small, supportive team.
- Follow trained work instructions on the machine production line.
- Highlight any deviations or issues to the Lead Operator promptly.
- Monitor adherence to standards and ensure any breaches are resolved quickly and effectively.
- Communicate clearly with the Lead Operator at all times.
- Proactively plan and organize your time to meet delivery targets and minimize line downtime.
- Support efficient execution of planned interruptions, ensuring production is restarted as quickly as possible.

- Reliability and attention to detail
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial, but not essential as training will be provided
