At The Sofa Delivery Company, we are on a mission to deliver great experiences to customers by providing reliable two-person delivery services.
We operate within the DFS group and support our brands DFS and Sofology.
Our colleagues receive tools, training and support to help them deliver moments that matter, whether they are in the warehouse, on the road, or in a customer’s home.

You will work as part of a skilled two-person delivery team, completing 10–15 deliveries a day and installing furniture in customers’ homes.
This is a hands-on, physically demanding role involving regular lifting of heavy items and navigating stairs and tight spaces.

- What you'll be doing
- Complete all deliveries into customers’ homes in a safe and professional manner, without damaging furniture or customers’ property.
- Communicate effectively with the customer prior to delivery to confirm timing and arrival.
- Ensure furniture is delivered to the room requested by the customer and that we do not leave any rubbish to dispose of.
- Represent The Sofa Delivery Company values and those of our brand partners in every action.
- Work with your team and managers to provide feedback and continually improve service standards.
