Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with business, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Transform legacy based systems into streamlined QMS processes.
- Maintain and update quality procedures, processes, and documentation, ensuring lessons learned are captured and communicated across the business.
- Lead internal and external audit activities, including planning, execution, and liaison with certification bodies.
- Mentor and engage cross-functional teams, including shopfloor staff, to drive adoption of best-practice and standardised processes, building buy-in and ensuring consistent application of the Quality Management System across the business.
Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Quality Systems or similar role within aerospace, space, defence, or other high-precision industries.
- Strong understanding of AS9100 and experience conducting internal audits.
- Experience managing non-conformances and supporting structured problem-solving activities.
