AV Field Service Engineer

Location: London | Salary: Up to £45,000 + Expenses Paid

The Role

50/50 split between office‑based remote tech support and on‑site field service. Troubleshoot and fix AV/UC/VC systems remotely, then step on‑site when hands‑on solutions are needed. Work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional service. Future scope to lead the service desk, move into commissioning, or progress into senior positions as the team grows.

What We\’re Looking For

• Proven AV/UC/VC fault‑finding and servicing experience.
• Experience with Crestron, Polycom, QSYS, Extron and Dante.
• Comfortable balancing desk‑based support with on‑site engineering.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative approach.
• Ready to grow with a company that values your expertise and input.
