Responsibilities
- Support the commercial management of multiple projects under the guidance of senior team members.
- Work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to assist with project delivery.
- Assist in managing projects from pre‑construction through to completion, ensuring processes are followed.
- Provide support in maintaining financial control, including cost tracking, valuations and reporting.

Qualifications
- A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
- Previous experience in the construction industry or a junior surveying role is desirable.

Remuneration and Benefits
- Salary: £35,000–£40,000 (dependent on experience)
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00
- Annual Leave: 25 days, plus public holidays and an additional birthday bonus
