Role
- Work on a rotating 3‑shift pattern (06:00–14:00, 07:00–15:00, 14:00–22:00).
- You will be responsible for maintaining plant reliability through a combination of preventative and reactive maintenance, ensuring production uptime and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Responsibilities
- Electrical and mechanical maintenance across all plant machinery
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdown response
- Fault‑finding on electrical and mechanical systems
- Identifying and implementing continuous improvements to enhance performance and reliability
- Ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and within required timeframes
- Supporting production teams to minimise downtime
- Maintaining accurate maintenance records
