The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day operational functionality and performance of the inspection operations from off-loads of trailers to presentation for inspection and reload on to trailers. Complete and support operational checks. Assist with ensuring cleanliness and compliance of working environments to relevant health and hygiene standards.

Operational / Tactical duties:

  • Loading and unloading lorries including MHE
  • Ensuring the correct handling of all client products at all stages within the facility whilst remaining compliant with manual handling procedures and health and safety legislation.
  • Undertaking manual and/or electronic reporting requirements as requested
  • Work with stakeholders to support the inspection process
  • Updating the PINC Yard Management System following training
  • Carry out operational tasks to achieve departmental and site objectives
  • Maintain the inspection environment following training
  • COSHH Awareness following training
  • Participate and complete required training and development relevant to role.
  • Champion a health and safety culture
