- Identify organic growth and referral opportunities within the portfolio and local territory
- Maintain robust compliance standards and accurate advice records
Financial Advisor Requirements
- Proven track record as a client-facing Financial Planner - essential
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent - essential
- Practical experience using cash-flow modelling software for lifestyle planning - essential
- Strong relationship-building skills to manage a smooth succession handover - essential
- Valid Statement of Professional Standing (SPS) - essential
