Job Description
My client is looking for a technically proficient Architectural Technician, Architectural Technologist, or Architect with strong Revit skills to work with them for 6 weeks.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the technical delivery of a Commercial project producing high-quality drawing packages and coordinating information through the detailed design and construction phases.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce detailed technical drawing packages using Revit.
- Lead and contribute to the delivery of projects through RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design).
- Prepare coordinated construction information suitable for tender and construction.
- Coordinate architectural information with structural, MEP, and specialist consultants.
- Ensure projects comply with current Building Regulations, planning requirements, and relevant British Standards.
- Resolve technical design challenges and develop practical, buildable solutions.
- Attend design team meetings and liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and technical coordination throughout project delivery.
Skills & Experience Essential
- Strong proficiency in Revit with the ability to produce detailed technical information.
- Proven experience delivering projects through RIBA Stage 4.
- Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge.
- Sound understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
