Conrad Consulting are delighted to be working with a leading, AJ100 Architectural practice, seeking to appoint a talented Architect to join its growing Warwick studio. This is an excellent opportunity for an Architect with approximately 1 to 4 years of post qualification experience, who wants to work on high‑quality, design‑led projects across a wide range of sectors. With studios across the UK and a diverse portfolio, the Warwick team offers exposure to significant schemes and genuine opportunities for progression through to Senior level and beyond.
The Role
- As an Architect in the Warwick studio, you’ll contribute to both the design and technical delivery of projects, working across multiple RIBA stages.
- Residential (urban regeneration, housing, apartments)
- Mixed‑use developments
- Commercial and workplace
- Education (schools, colleges, learning environments)
- Civic and community projects
You’ll be joining a supportive, design‑driven environment where creativity, innovation and technical excellence are equally valued.
What You’ll Bring
- Fully qualified Architect with approx. 1-4 years of post qualification experience
- Strong design skills and the ability to contribute to early‑stage concept work
- Solid technical understanding and experience working through later RIBA stages
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors: residential, mixed use, commercial, education
- Revit proficiency or strong willingness to develop Revit capability
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with clients and consultants
- A proactive, positive approach and enthusiasm for high‑quality design
The successful Architect will be offered a salary in the region of £38,000-£44,000 per annum dependent on experience, along with an attractive benefits package. Hybrid working is offered after an initial probationary period (6 months but may be reduced depending on performance), along with flexible working to accommodate and promote a healthy work life balance.
