About the Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated ARB Registered Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering high-quality architectural projects from concept through to completion, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design projects across all RIBA stages (0-7)
- Prepare and develop design proposals, drawings, specifications, and presentations
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities
- Ensure all work complies with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resolve design challenges
- Maintain high standards of design quality and technical delivery
Requirements
- Registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB)
- RIBA Part 3 qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience working on UK-based projects
- Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
