About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated ARB Registered Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and delivering high-quality architectural projects from concept through to completion, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design projects across all RIBA stages (0-7)
  • Prepare and develop design proposals, drawings, specifications, and presentations
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities
  • Ensure all work complies with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
  • Conduct site visits and oversee construction progress
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resolve design challenges
  • Maintain high standards of design quality and technical delivery

Requirements

  • Registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB)
  • RIBA Part 3 qualified (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience working on UK-based projects
  • Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning processes
