Job Description: Agricultural Service Technician β Salary: Up to Β£36,000 base, 40K OTE; Day shifts; Permanent; Company vehicle.
We are seeking a skilled Agricultural/Plant engineer to join our growing engineering team, covering customer sites across the Teeside Area. This role is ideal for an engineer with a strong Agricultural/Plant background, particularly within environments such as farming, ground equipment or similar sectors. The role requires travel to customer sites across the Teeside area and to our workshop site to carry out planned and reactive maintenance on highly technical agricultural machinery. The base salary covers core hours, but the nature of the role requires regular overtime.
Key Responsibilities
Travel to customer sites and workshop site across Teeside; carry out planned and reactive maintenance on highly technical agricultural machinery; respond to customer requests; work overtime as required.
Qualifications
- Agriculture or plant engineering experience
- Electrical and mechanical fault-finding experience
- Engineering qualification (light or heavy vehicle ideal)
- Experience working within a similar environment
- Previous experience working on Agricultural or plant machinery
- Willingness to travel to different sites and work from the site-based workshop
