Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the
- Maintenance team, ensuring high service standards are achieved
- Manage recruitment, training, appraisals and team development
- Plan preventative and reactive maintenance schedules across the resort
- Ensure all plant, equipment and facilities remain safe, compliant and well maintained
- Monitor departmental performance, budgets and stock levels
- Maintain servicing records, asset registers and statutory compliance
- Recommend refurbishment projects and oversee contractor performance
- Provide out-of-hours support when required
- Promote energy conservation and support ESG initiatives
- What we’re looking for
- Previous experience as a
- Head of Maintenance or Maintenance Manager within hospitality
- Strong technical knowledge across multiple trades
- Experience leading and developing teams
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work across departments
- Plant room, First Responder and Fire Safety qualifications are desirable but not essential
