Proactive Personnel are recruiting experienced Machine Operators to join our client’s food manufacturing team in Wrexham.
Your duties will include:
- Setting up and operating food production machinery.
- Monitoring machinery to maintain consistent production and product quality.
- Adjusting machine settings and completing changeovers as required.
- Carrying out routine checks and reporting faults or breakdowns.
- Ensuring products meet food safety and quality standards.
- Completing production records accurately.
- Cleaning machinery and maintaining good hygiene standards.
- Following site health and safety and food handling procedures.
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator in a food factory is essential.
- A good understanding of food hygiene and safety procedures.
- Confidence operating machinery and identifying operational issues.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Good attendance, timekeeping and a reliable approach.
- The ability to work well within a team and meet production targets
