Salary: Β£35,000 - Β£40,000 per annum plus benefits.
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8:00 β 16:00, Friday 8:00 β 15:00.
Location: Wolverhampton.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure safe operation and maintenance of processes, escalating safety issues as needed.
- Conduct and follow dynamic risk assessments for non-standard tasks.
- Maintain adherence to quality standards and support quality improvement projects.
- Operate manufacturing processes to meet production targets and support continuous improvement.
- Motivate apprentices and identify solutions to safety, quality, and production challenges, including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Qualifications
- Qualified in Electrical 18th or 17th Edition.
- Proven experience of working in a maintenance and facilities management role.
- Knowledge of Pneumatic and hydraulics.
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
