An environmentally conscious construction consultancy is seeking a confident Quantity Surveyor to join their office in Berkshire.
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on projects across multiple sectors, such as public sector, residential, education, commercial, hospitality and leisure. Day to day the Quantity Surveyor will have a diverse set of responsibilities such as:
- Cost management
- Estimating
- Managing commercial projects in an NEC environment
- Face-to-face work with clients
Qualifications:
- Quantity Surveyor degree or similar
- NEC contract experience
- Team player
- Experience working within a PQS / Consultancy practice
- Car + driving licence
- Working towards accreditation status
