- Quantity Surveyor – MOJ & MOD Government Framework projects
This leading main contractor has an immediate need for a Quantity Surveyor to work within an established and thriving frameworks division.
Responsibilities
- Work on MOJ (Ministry of Justice) framework projects including law court refurbishments, prisons and security upgrades.
- Work on MOD (Ministry of Defence) projects on military bases across the South from Surrey to Hampshire, including refurbishment and new builds.
- Initially contribute to law court refurbishment projects in the Surrey area.
- Operate within MOJ or MOD framework requirements and ensure alignment with project delivery timelines and budgets.
Qualifications
- UK Quantity Surveying qualification is essential.
- Current entitlement to work in the UK without visa or sponsorship is required.
- Experience with MOJ and/or MOD frameworks is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of commercial/contract / cost-management processes within government frameworks.
- Location
Southern home counties (Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire) preferred.
