We are hiring for an experienced HVAC Engineer in Oxfordshire to join one of our long-standing pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing clients.
Main Purpose
Provide maintenance, repair, installation, and breakdown support for HVAC and building services equipment across the facility. Ensure all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in line with company procedures, health & safety regulations, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, repair, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC and building services equipment.
- Respond to breakdowns and support emergency call-outs when required.
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM).
- Support facility and maintenance projects.
- Perform compressed air system installations and maintenance.
- Work with supervisors and departments to complete jobs with minimal disruption.
- Keep maintenance records, reports, and documentation updated.
- Ensure all work follows company quality procedures and SOPs.
- Follow all Health & Safety and Environmental (EHS) regulations.
- Help maintain compliance with regulatory and inspection standards.
- Assist with investigations and improvements to increase equipment efficiency.
- Source parts and materials needed for maintenance work.
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for timely delivery of materials and project support.
- Support implementation of new or modified plant/equipment across the site.
- Help maintain the site quality system, including training records and corrective actions.
Additional Responsibilities
- Participate in the out-of-hours call-out rota.
