Earlies: 06:00 - 13:30
Lates: 13:00 - 21:00

The Role
We're looking for a hands‑on Process Operator to join a busy manufacturing environment on a Permanent basis. You'll be responsible for running batch processes safely and efficiently, working with hazardous chemicals and ensuring production targets and quality standards are consistently met. This is a varied, fast‑paced role combining plant operations, process control, and hands‑on production work.

Key Duties

  • Operate process plant, vessels, and pumps
  • Run and monitor processes via SCADA
  • Follow batch sheets and procedures accurately
  • Weigh, measure, and mix raw materials
  • Ensure safe, on‑time batch production
  • Package hazardous products correctly
  • Maintain high HSE and housekeeping standards

About You

  • Experience handling hazardous chemicals (essential)
  • Background in manufacturing / process environments
  • Good numeracy, literacy, and computer skills
  • Team player with a strong safety mindset
  • Flexible for shifts and overtime

Desirable

  • FLT licence
  • SCADA / control room experience
  • Process Operations qualification (Level 2)
  • COMAH site experience
