Aztrum is delighted to be working with a well-established architectural practice seeking a talented Part II Architectural Assistant or Newly Qualified Architect to support the design and delivery of high-quality residential projects. This role offers excellent exposure to planning and early technical stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and contribute to planning applications and listed building consent submissions
- Produce planning drawings and supporting documentation, including Design & Access Statements
- Assist in the development of Stage 4 technical packages
- Support coordination with consultants and project teams
- Ensure designs comply with planning policy and regulatory requirements
- Contribute to project delivery across multiple stages
Requirements
- Experience preparing planning applications and supporting documentation
- Exposure to RIBA Stage 4 technical packages
- Strong design and presentation skills
- Good understanding of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
- Proficiency in relevant design software (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Suite)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
