Our client is looking for a proactive Maintenance Engineer to join a growing and forward-thinking maintenance team. You will play a key role in maintaining plant, machinery, and facilities while supporting projects such as new equipment installations, site improvements, and sustainability initiatives. - Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and carry out effective repairs to restore operational performance.
- Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Condition-Based Monitoring, identifying and coordinating remedial actions.
- Use the CMMS system to manage work orders, prioritise tasks, and contribute to daily maintenance planning meetings.
- Provide a timely and effective response to breakdowns, emergencies, and unplanned maintenance issues.
- Work with and maintain specialist equipment including PLC-controlled machinery, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, documentation, and reports within the maintenance database.
