Overview
We represent a respected land and engineering surveying company operating across the UK and Europe. The role is part of its growing Office CAD team in Greater Manchester, supporting a diverse range of surveying projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of final AutoCAD drawing files from on‑site survey data.
- Work on topographical, measured building, buried utility, as‑built, verticality, monitoring, cut and fill, formation modelling, Land Registry compliant, and road/sewer adoption (S104, S38, S278, S185) drawings.
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on project requirements.
- Review and modify existing drawings as necessary.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, meet industry standards and are delivered on deadline.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience using Autodesk AutoCAD for survey deliverables.
- Knowledge of N4CE processing software is advantageous.
- Familiarity with land and utility surveying processes.
- Strong data management discipline and high quality work.
- Ability to use initiative, problem‑solve and work to deadlines.
- High attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.
