As a key senior appointment, you will act as the Regional Director’s right-hand person, helping lead the team and drive delivery standards across the region.

The Role

  • Lead electrical design on large-scale new-build projects
  • Act as second-in-command to the Regional Director
  • Take responsibility for the wider team in the Director’s absence
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior engineers
  • Manage client relationships and represent the business in meetings
  • Resolve technical challenges and conflicts professionally and commercially
  • Oversee calculations, drawings, specifications, and project coordination
  • Support the development of regional standards, processes, and team growth

About You

  • Strong consultancy experience in electrical building services
  • Proven delivery of residential and mixed-use new-build schemes
  • Fully proficient in Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD
  • Excellent client-facing skills
  • Confident handling of difficult conversations and conflict resolution
  • Able to find practical, commercially sound technical solutions
  • Strong communicator, both face-to-face and over the telephone
  • Chartered or working towards (advantageous)
