Area Supervisor (Gas Qualified)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Area Supervisor (Gas Qualified) to oversee day-to-day operations across a designated area.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising field-based teams, coordinating workloads, maintaining high standards of service and ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and in line with relevant regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support operational and field-based teams across the designated area
- Coordinate workloads, resources and daily activities
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required standards
- Carry out site visits, inspections and quality checks where required
- Monitor performance and address any operational issues
- Liaise with customers, contractors and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety requirements and industry regulations
- Provide guidance and support to engineers and team members
- Maintain accurate records and complete relevant reports
- Assist with resolving customer and operational queries
About You:
- Gas qualified with relevant industry experience
- Previous supervisory or management experience within a gas, heating, maintenance or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations and health & safety requirements
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Confident managing teams and coordinating workloads
- Full UK driving licence
- Comfortable working across a designated geographical area
