Role
Working as part of the production team and reporting to the Team Leader, you will assemble and wire bespoke LV switchgear and control panels.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble switchgear and control panels to engineering and line drawings
- Carry out wiring, terminations, and electrical connections
- Ensure all work meets quality standards and internal QA checks
- Accurately complete documentation and work packs
- Follow all health & safety procedures on site
- Work to production deadlines
What We’re Looking For
- Basic understanding of electrical assembly or manufacturing
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
- Experience using hand and battery tools
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good communication skills
- Right to work in the UK
Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience in switchgear or electrical manufacturing
