We are currently seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor in Warrington to take ownership of commercial delivery on live building services projects across the North-West. What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing M&E packages from award through to final account
- Preparing applications, valuations, variations, and cost reports
- Supporting procurement and administering subcontracts
- Tracking change, risk, and early warnings alongside the project team
- Producing and maintaining clear commercial records under NEC or JCT
- Supporting tender reviews, handovers, and commercial input into delivery
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers to keep information moving
- Contributing to CVRs, forecasts, and monthly reporting
Skills & Experience Required
- Background in M&E or building services quantity surveying
- Confident working with NEC or JCT forms and typical subcontract flow‑downs
- Strong grasp of measurement, cost control, and change management
- Clear communicator who can work closely with site and engineering teams
- Organised, detail‑focused approach with good Excel skills
- Degree (or equivalent experience) in Quantity Surveying or a related field
- Full UK driving licence
