Job Overview
RG Setsquare is recruiting for a Mobile Grounds Maintenance Operative in the Warminster area and surrounding locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general grounds maintenance duties, including mowing, strimming, hedge cutting, and tidying garden waste.
- Carry out assignments on multiple sites per day.
- Work Hours and Location
- Monday to Friday.
- Shift times: 07:30am–16:00pm or 08:00am–16:30pm (inclusive of a thirty‑minute break).
- Mobile – work across multiple sites within the Warminster area.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Valid driving licence.
- Experience in grounds maintenance or a similar industry preferred.
- CSCS card not required; PA1/PA6 desirable.
- Available to start ASAP.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: £13–13.50 per hour (Holiday accrued) or £14.57–15.13 per hour (Holiday paid) or £17.34–18 per hour (umbrella) – paid weekly.
- Uniform and PPE supplied.
- Ongoing temp‑to‑perm contract.
