As part of the Bids and Business Development Team, you will work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and Technical Leads to deliver accurate costings and high‑quality proposals for a wide range of schemes. This is a hybrid role with opportunities for remote working and frequent site visits nationwide.
Key Accountabilities- Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for a range of civil engineering and environmental projects.
- Review technical drawings, specifications and site requirements to produce robust tenders.
- Draft and compile bid documents and written proposals.
- Source and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Attend site visits with engineers and specialists to assess project requirements.
- Work closely with in‑house teams to refine and support bid preparation.
- Support bid administration and ensure submissions meet tender deadlines.
