We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist contractor delivering high-end residential refurbishments and bespoke new build projects across Oxfordshire.
This role will suit someone with strong cultural fit, excellent client-facing skills, and experience working on prestigious residential schemes including listed buildings and period properties.

- Managing 3–4 live projects simultaneously

- Full commercial management from pre-construction to final account
- Working closely with clients, consultants, and site teams
- Ensuring projects are commercially successful and well managed

- Proven QS experience within prime/high-end residential
- Strong refurbishment and heritage building knowledge
