A leading provider of warehouse barriers, bollards and protection solutions requires a Service Planner to assist with the coordinating of projects across the UK from their office in the West Midlands. With a competitive package and the chance to work for an established and international supplier, this is a great opportunity for an individual with experience of working on projects within logistics.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing barrier/protection projects internally for a customer base across the UK from the office in the West Midlands
  • Preparing project plans through calculating installation prices, durations and the resources required
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team in the organization of installations teams for projects
  • Working closely with the installations teams in providing technical plans and materials
  • Ensuring that you monitor sites throughout the duration of the projects with both safety and quality being adhered to
  • Occasionally travel to site with bigger projects to prepare for project start-up

Requirements:

  • Background of overseeing projects within intralogistics or a closely related industry
  • Open to candidates with a background in installations, design or coordination within the industry
  • A university degree in a technical subject would be preferable but not essential
  • Full UK driver’s license as there will be a requirement to travel to site
  • Must live within commutable distance of Wolverhampton
