Role Overview
The Validation and Verification Engineer will support product development for the system. The day‑to‑day responsibilities include producing the definition of test scenarios and success criteria to ensure the product meets its requirements. Flexible working is offered, but the role requires engineers to be onsite 4‑5 days per week on a secure site where SC clearance is needed.
Responsibilities
- Produce definition of test scenarios and success criteria.
- Generate verification plans and agree with equipment DA on methods of verification.
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Systems Engineering or similar.
- Experience in systems design/engineering for software‑based equipment.
- Hands‑on experience of SysML, Rhapsody and DOORS tools preferred; training will be provided.
- Experience in Defence / Aerospace or safety‑regulated environments is advantageous.
