We are seeking a proactive Maintenance Engineer with a strong electrical background to join a growing manufacturing business. This opportunity is well suited to someone with a practical, solutions-focused approach who takes pride in maintaining operational efficiency and contributing effectively within a collaborative maintenance team.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving plant equipment through planned preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, repairs, and ongoing support to production operations across the site.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven electrical maintenance experience within a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability
  • Experience working with single-phase and three-phase systems, motors, sensors, control panels, and inverters
  • Sound understanding of safe isolation procedures and electrical safety standards
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a small team

Desirable:

  • Mechanical maintenance experience
  • Working knowledge of PLC systems, including Allen-Bradley and Siemens
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification
  • Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
