Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring several Trainee Installation Technicians for our client in Oxfordshire. This role requires a full UK driving licence and offers an exciting opportunity to work for a company that supplies vital mobility equipment and adaptations that help people live more independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver, install, and collect equipment within people's homes and associated locations such as care homes across Oxfordshire.
- Service and repair equipment, carrying out scheduled repairs or escalating for replacements when needed.
- Maintain van stock and log used parts accurately.
- Load and unload goods, some of which may be heavy.
- Provide outstanding service and support to vulnerable service users.
- Support installations of community equipment in homes and other locations.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, customer‑focused approach.
- Full UK driving licence, minimum 3 years, no more than 6 points.
- Previous relevant experience is preferable; full training will be provided.
- Previous PAT testing experience an advantage, but training can be provided.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
