Berry Recruitment are NOW hiring several Trainee Installation Technicians for our client in Oxfordshire. This role requires a full UK driving licence and offers an exciting opportunity to work for a company that supplies vital mobility equipment and adaptations that help people live more independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver, install, and collect equipment within people's homes and associated locations such as care homes across Oxfordshire.
  • Service and repair equipment, carrying out scheduled repairs or escalating for replacements when needed.
  • Maintain van stock and log used parts accurately.
  • Load and unload goods, some of which may be heavy.
  • Provide outstanding service and support to vulnerable service users.
  • Support installations of community equipment in homes and other locations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong communication skills and a compassionate, customer‑focused approach.
  • Full UK driving licence, minimum 3 years, no more than 6 points.
  • Previous relevant experience is preferable; full training will be provided.
  • Previous PAT testing experience an advantage, but training can be provided.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential.
