We are recruiting for our client, who are looking to add to their fantastic welding team. This is a permanent role with great training and progression opportunities.
Key Accountabilities
- To produce high quality welded assemblies in a timely and safety conscious way.
- Working to drawings and within fixtures with a variety of materials i.e. mild steel, aluminium and stainless steel.
- To follow weld procedures.
- Working independently or as part of a team.
- Inspection of own work, records kept to verify this.
- Measurements / deliverables: working within timescales and acceptable tolerances.
- Right first time.
- Working safely to protect yourself and others around you.
- Continuous improvement.
Experience
- Experience with Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG) welding.
- Aluminium and stainless steel experience (essential).
- Fabrication and fitting experience (desirable).
Hours
08.00-16.30 Monday-Thursday - 08.00-12.00 Friday
Pay
£17.00-19.00 per hour
