Contract details: Full time, permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Plus 1 in 4 Saturdays, 9:00am to 1:00pm (overtime)
Salary: Β£28,000 per annum + overtime

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for managing and accessing mechanical breakdown warranty claims in line with policy terms and company procedures. You will play a key role in ensuring customers receive a high level of service while maintaining strong relationships with dealer partners and repairers.
Key duties include
- Reviewing and processing incoming warranty claims via online systems and email
- Assessing claims for approval or rejection
- Recording claim decisions and maintaining accurate system notes
- Managing technical relationships with dealer workshops and repair networks
- Ensuring administrative accuracy and completeness of claim files
- Communicating effectively with customers, dealers, and repairers regarding claim outcomesSupporting continuous improvement initiatives within the claims process
Skills and Attributes
- Experience gained within a dealership, garage, vehicle warranty, claims, service advisor, or automotive aftersales environment would be highly beneficial
- Good knowledge of motor vehicles and mechanical components
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and administrative accuracy
- The ability to analyse information and make informed decisions
- Strong problem-solving skills
- A positive, team-oriented approach
- High levels of integrity, accountability, and reliability
