An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Design Manager to join the London team and take ownership of design management across a portfolio of fire remediation and recladding projects, acting as Principal Contractor. You will lead the design process from early-stage concept through to construction, ensuring design integrity, compliance with building regulations, and alignment with project objectives. You will liaise with external consultants, internal teams, and key stakeholders, taking a strategic role in shaping the technical direction of the projects. This role offers the chance to work on high-profile schemes valued up to £20M and influence best practices in façade design, safety, and sustainability.

  • Capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders including architects, engineers, and clients
