In this role, you will take responsibility for overseeing the technical function across multiple projects, ensuring all technical submissions are correct, compliant and ready for Building Safety Regulation requirements.

The Role:- Lead technical delivery across façade remediation projects from bid through to completion.

- Manage building safety compliance.
- Provide technical assurance as Principal Contractor support, reviewing methodologies, sequencing, and temporary works.
- Lead and develop a technical team.
- Experience in Principal Designer and/or Principal Contractor environments.
- Ability to manage multiple live remediation projects.
- Experience leading technical or design teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into delivery.
