We are seeking a Systems Engineer (MBSE) with extensive years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the defence industry and Model Based Systems Engineering - Ideally with strong expertise in systems engineering, verification validation, project management, and Documentation.
We are looking for an Engineer who promotes a mindset of attention to detail, communication, and teamwork within their team.
Candidates with a good understanding of Model based engineering techniques, including the use of DOORS NG, Rhapsody and Engineering Workflow.
Responsibilities
As a Model Based Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining complex systems solutions that meet our clients' needs.
You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of systems, while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Support the development and effective use of MBSE tools and artifacts in support of customer needs.
- Designing and maintaining requirements architectures.
- Creating Sys ML views to represent interactions.
- Work in all areas of the V model to support concept translation from systems to customer requirements, through to in‑service support, and provide systems engineering support to customer design and engineering management teams.
- Full requirements management (creation, update, validation, verification), including suppliers' integration and DOORS experience.
- Documentation: produce detailed technical documentation supporting the development of engineering requirements and associated documentation.
- Complete trade studies.

- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations, such as MIL‑STD, DO‑178C, and DO‑254, is desirable.
