Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial management from pre‑construction through to final account
- Prepare cost plans, forecasts, CVRs, and cashflow reports
- Manage procurement, tender analysis, and subcontractor appointments
- Administer contracts and issue required notices
- Oversee monthly valuations and assess subcontractor applications
- Manage variations, change control, and commercial risk
- Support site teams with commercial guidance and decision‑making
