Zest4Talent is recruiting for a Sustainability Consultant to join a growing consultancy delivering energy assessments, sustainability strategies and decarbonisation projects across London and the South East. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with IES VE experience who wants to work on a diverse range of new build and retrofit projects whilst developing their career within a highly motivated and ambitious team.

What you'll be doing:

  • Delivering building performance and energy modelling using IES VE
  • Producing Part L compliance assessments and energy strategies
  • Undertaking Part O overheating and thermal comfort assessments
  • Supporting sustainability and decarbonisation strategies for clients
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Contributing to the development of internal processes and best practice

What we're looking for:

  • Experience using IES VE within the built environment sector
  • Building Regulations Part L assessment experience
  • Knowledge of energy and carbon strategy development
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Passion for sustainability and low-carbon design
  • OCDEA (SAP) Qualified
  • NDEA Level 3 & 4 (SBEM) Qualified

Desirable:

  • Thermal Bridging software experience
  • Wider sustainability strategy and reporting exposure
