- Maintaining plants, deadheading, etc.
- Working off a ladder
- Grass and lawn cutting, edging, strimming, hedge cutting and pruning, litter picking and weed control
- Using mowers and powered tools
These are permanent roles available after a successful probation period of 13 to 15 weeks, looking for workers who want long‑term permanent work.
Hours: 5am to 1.30pm.
A driver’s licence is essential – you will need to meet your colleague daily in Windlesham.
Experience is not necessary and full training will be provided if needed.
Strong work ethic and fitness to carry hanging baskets and other plant materials up and down ladders all day are required.
