We are part of a worldwide company, who measure, monitor and protect in hazardous environments. At Pyroban, we offer explosion protection solutions for the materials handling and oil and gas industries. Growth in our business calls for an internationally experienced Supply Chain Manager, with manufacturing and engineering supply chain knowledge, as well as strong people management, who will define and deliver our end‑to‑end supply chain strategy across purchasing, logistics, inventory, and supplier development.

What you’ll do as Senior Supply Chain Manager:

  • Define and deliver the full supply chain strategy to support business growth
  • Lead and develop the Purchasing Manager and Stores & Logistics Supervisor and their teams
  • Build global supply capability, ideally with knowledge of India and cost‑competitive regions - travel will be required for projects
  • Drive performance across cost, service, quality, and inventory
  • Strengthen systems and processes, ensuring strong ERP/MRP use and risk management

Desirable skills and experience of the Senior Supply Chain Manager:

  • Regulated or safety‑critical industry experience
  • CIPS / APICS / CSCP
  • Lean / CI background

The salary range on this position attracts a salary of up to £65,000, with a bonus which could take this to £70,000.
