Estate Operatives required to work with a leading housing association's maintenance division covering the Sunderland and Houghton‑Le‑Spring regions. You will work as part of a two‑person team and will be allocated a vehicle to use each working day.
Responsibilities
- Deliver a high‑quality estate service, responding effectively to customer needs
- Grounds maintenance duties including grass cutting, hedge trimming, strimming, weed control, pruning, leaf clearance and litter removal
- Ensure works meet required technical and quality standards
- Work closely with the Estate Supervisor to maintain service quality
- Promote teamwork, and positive working relationships
- Contribute to continuous improvement across the service
