Proactive Global is currently recruiting a highly organised Production Technician with experience in mechanical/electronic assembly, ideally with exposure to the medical device industry. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Electromechanical Production Technician to join a small but growing team of assemblers and technicians. The successful applicant will be self‑motivated with a good understanding of mechanical and electrical assembly and quality control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out electro‑mechanical assembly work on all products, following drawings, parts lists, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Conduct testing on all products, working to drawings, parts lists, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Work on prototype projects when required.
  • Carry out inspection processes in line with QA procedures on all products when needed.
  • Follow company quality management system procedures where applicable.
  • Complete any packing requirements.
  • Follow all H&S guidelines as set out in drawings, parts lists, procedures, work instructions, risk assessments, and QA procedures.

Skills and Experience

  • Self‑motivated.
  • Ability to work effectively within a small team.
  • Experience with mechanical/electronic assembly, ideally in medical devices.
  • Understanding of quality control and QA processes.
